This Privacy Policy explains how Operanta ("Operanta", "we", "us") collects, uses, and protects personal data when you visit operanta.ai(the "Site") or contact us. Operanta is the operator of the Site and the controller of the personal data described here.
We take a privacy-first approach and keep data collection to a minimum.

02What we collect
- Information you give us through the contact / "Book a call" form: your name, email address, company (optional), what you're interested in, any message you add, and your consent confirmation.
- Information you send us directly, for example by emailing legal@operanta.ai.
- Basic technical data collected automatically in our server and security logs (such as IP address, browser type, pages requested, and timestamps), used to run and protect the Site.
- Cookies: only strictly necessary ones — see our Cookie Policy. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
- Analytics: we use a privacy-preserving, cookieless analytics tool to understand aggregate Site usage. It sets no cookies, does not identify you, and does not track you across other sites.
We do not ask for, and do not knowingly collect, sensitive personal data through the Site.
03Why we use it
We use your data only to:
- respond to your enquiry and arrange a call or demo (on the basis of your consent and our legitimate interest in replying to you);
- send you the information or follow-up you asked for;
- operate, maintain, and secure the Site (our legitimate interest in network and information security);
- comply with the law where required.
We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use it for automated decision-making or profiling.
04Who we share it with
We share personal data only with the service providers that help us run the Site and reply to you, under appropriate contracts. Our hosting and content-delivery provider is Cloudflare; the Site and your enquiry data are stored within the EU/EEA. When you send an enquiry, we store it in our own database and may receive a notification through a messaging tool (such as Telegram) so we can respond — we do not use a third-party CRM. We may also disclose data where required by law or to protect our rights. Where a provider processes data outside the EEA, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses.
05How long we keep it
- Enquiry / contact data: up to 24 months, unless you ask us to delete it sooner.
- Security logs: about 90 days.
06Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you can ask us to access, correct, delete, restrict, or transfer your data, object to its use, or withdraw consent at any time. Just email legal@operanta.ai. You also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.
07Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal data. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to keep your data safe and review our measures over time.
08Children
The Site is intended for business users and is not directed to anyone under 16. We do not knowingly collect their data.
09Third-party links
The Site may link to other websites. We are not responsible for their privacy practices — please review their policies.
10Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date shows the current version.
